"As residents of Sun City Palm Desert, we were out of the area in 2009 for an extended time, and while gone our 2100 sq. ft. house suffered major mold & water damage, so extensive that the whole house had to be packed out.

This task was accomplished by Daniel's DKI Company while we were allowed to continue with our travels, contact being possible with cell phones and email.

Everything was handled in a professional manner, everything that was salvagable was cleaned, packed in boxes, and stored until we were able to move back in February 2010.

All of our contents were returned clean and in tact, with ample help to assist with the unpacking and moving back in. A very complete CD of photos taken before the packout, was available to assis in putting contents back in place.

"Unfortunately my home was flooded and we had to move out for 4 months. Our insurance company, Auto Club of So Calif., recommended DKI to do the move out and back in and to assess the damage to the personal property. Since AAA only uses the best we agreed to have them do it for us.

I have to say that not only did they do the assessment of the damaged property, but they individually wrapped everything, made sure that all the furniture that was salvageable was dusted and clean before wrapping them including all the TVs, and marked all the boxes correctly so that if you needed to find something you could. DKI had completely moved everything out of the house so when they moved us back in I was in shock! They put everything back exactly where they had taken it from and they cleaned all the dishes, glasses, etc. before putting them back. I did not have to lift a finger. It was so amazing! They reconnected all our electronic equipment and there was not a spot on the walls or anything from their moving us back in nor was there any damage to our property.

I cannot say enough about what a wonderful company they are and how pleased and happy we were. We never had a bad moment with them and they always responded to my phone calls. I highly recommend them and no company could have done a better job. They are the best! Thank you DKI!"
